伊普芬(Ibuprofen)加上普拿疼(acetaminophen)止痛效果竟然跟鴉片止痛效果差不多！

在去年(2017)的新英格蘭醫學雜誌(NEJM)，針對扭傷或是骨折的病人做臨床試驗，發現病人服用以下四種組合作為止痛劑，在兩小時後病人對於疼痛的緩解程度並沒有太大差別。
Ibuprofen (400 mg) and acetaminophen (1000 mg)

Oxycodone (5 mg) and acetaminophen (325 mg)

Hydrocodone (5 mg) and acetaminophen (300 mg)

Codeine (30 mg) and acetaminophen (300 mg)
